Terms and Conditions – Pittwater RSL Pickleball

1. Mandatory Sign-In & Identification

• Please arrive early to allow enough time to complete the sign-in process before your booking.
• Sign-in is compulsory for all players and spectators.
• A valid physical photo ID must be presented at sign-in (Driver Licence, Passport, or Proof of Age Card).
• Photos or screenshots of identification will not be accepted.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once a booking is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email.
• The email will include credit points applied to your account.
• A link will be provided in the email to rebook a court using your credit.
• Credits must be used in accordance with the instructions provided in the email.

4. Equipment Responsibility

• Patrons are responsible for any equipment provided during their booking, including hired racquets and venue property.
• Any damaged or broken equipment must be reported to staff immediately.
• Charges may apply for equipment that is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow venue rules.

5. Assumption of Risk
   Use of our facilities involves inherent risks, including injury (e.g., slips, falls, collisions) and property damage. By participating, you accept full responsibility for these risks.
6. Liability Waiver
   Sip n Pickle by Pittwater RSL, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless due to proven negligence. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
7. Safety Requirements
   To maintain safety, patrons must:

• Wear suitable clothing and footwear
• Use equipment responsibly
• Follow staff directions and signage
• Report hazards or injuries immediately

9. Parental Supervision
   Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult, who assumes responsibility for their safety and behaviour.
10. Incident Reporting
    All incidents or injuries must be reported to staff immediately. Reports must be submitted within 7 days.
11. Amendments
    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is available at our venue and online.
12. Acceptance of Terms
    By entering our premises or using our facilities, you agree to these terms and conditions.
13. Weather Policy
    Our courts drain quickly and are usually playable soon after rain. If courts are unplayable, a refund will be issued.
14. Cancellation Policy
    Court bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.
15. Alcohol
    No Alcohol is permitted on the pickleball courts
16. Court Access & Racquet Pickup
    If hiring racquets, collect them from Pittwater RSL reception, balls will be provided free of charge.
